This image of the Orion Nebula (M42) was taken during the early morning of October 30, 2011. The imager was a Canon Rebel EOS T2i. The telescope is a Meade LX 200 ACF 12”. This image is a single 30 second exposure with ISO setting of 3200. It was minimally processed in Photoshop CS2 using a product called “Annie’s Actions” sold by Anna Morris. Image by Paul Kohlmiller
