A Meteoric August for SJAA

It's a meteoric August at SJAA. First, we have Peter Jenniskens class on Meteor Observing on August 6. Then we have the Perseids which are expected to peak on or about August 12. We have two excellent dates/locations for you to observe this annual meteor shower. One is at Villa Montalvo with Mike Koop (email). The other is with Jim Van Nuland (email) at Calero County Park.
